KP Bodywork

Brand identity, website & content for a Thai massage practitioner.

1. The Project

KP Bodywork is a studio in Dharamshala (India), offering traditional Thai massage, Tok Sen, Chi Nei Tsang, Reiki and Yoga. The practitioner had real skill and a loyal word-of-mouth following, but no cohesive presence online: no visual identity, no website, no system to turn happy clients into visible trust.

Scope: brand identity & logo design • website design & build with online booking • marketing strategy • ongoing social media content.

3. Intentions & Strategy

KP Bodywork is a conscious, consent-based practice focused on nervous system regulation and body awareness, not just relaxation.
Every strategic choice flowed from that distinction:

  • Tone: invite, never push. Explain, never promise miracles.
  • Content pillars: education (40%), experience (20%), philosophy (15%), social proof (15%), promotion (10%)
  • Ideal clients: travelers, yoga practitioners, retreat participants, digital nomads, and local residents with chronic tension

This positioning became the filter for every later decision: visual, verbal, and structural.

5. Deliverables

  • Logo & full brand identity system (palette, typography, brand board)
  • Templated promotional graphics for local WhatsApp/community marketing
  • Website with service menu, pricing, blog, FAQ and integrated booking → visit www.kpbodywork.com
  • Marketing strategy (positioning, content pillars, SEO, local partnerships)
  • Ongoing Instagram content

2. The Objectives

  • Build a visual identity as grounded and intentional as the practice itself
  • Create a website that builds trust with strangers before they ever meet KP in person
  • Turn satisfied clients into visible social proof (Google reviews, testimonials)
  • Reach new client segments beyond word-of-mouth
→ without losing the practice’s calm, non-commercial feel

4. Creative & Conscious Process

Identity. A monogram built from KP’s own initials, assembled around a central axis like the spine of the body: a quiet nod to the alignment work at the heart of the practice. An earthy palette (taupe, terracotta, olive, sand) and a serif/Montserrat type pairing carry that same groundedness into every touchpoint, including a flexible promo template used for local WhatsApp and community marketing in Dharamshala.

Website. Structured around a single job: let a stranger feel safe enough to book. Real Google reviews on the homepage, a clear service menu, and a frictionless WhatsApp-first booking flow do that work quietly, without ever feeling like a sales page.

Voice. Every word (on the site, in captions, in review requests) follows nonviolent communication: warm, respectful of the reader’s free will, never pushy. « You are welcome to explore » rather than « Book now. »

Eco-conscious by design. The website was built to tread lightly: system fonts and optimized images for faster loading and lower energy use, minimal plugins, and no unnecessary scripts : a digital footprint as intentional as the brand itself.

Content. A repeatable Instagram format following the strategy’s pillars: educational carousels and reels, behind-the-session imagery, philosophy quote posts, and client testimonials : all in the brand’s calm, unhurried visual voice.

6. Result & Client Testimonial

Since launch, KP Bodywork has reached a new kind of client: people who found the practice online, had never met KP in person, and booked anyway because the site and presence felt professional and trustworthy. The studio received 16 new five-star Google reviews in the month following launch.

« Working with you on my brand identity and website has been an incredible experience. You created something that feels deeply aligned with my work as a Thai massage therapist—professional, clean, and easy to navigate, yet warm and inviting at the same time. The way you matched the brand colours and designed the visuals shows a real understanding of both aesthetics and purpose. It doesn’t just look good—it communicates clearly and builds trust with anyone who visits.

What I truly appreciate is your attention to detail and your ability to translate my vision into something even better than I imagined. The entire process felt smooth and thoughtful, and the final result reflects a high level of care and creativity. The impact was noticeable almost immediately after the launch—I started seeing new customers, received more bookings with greater regularity, and had many people compliment my online presence. I’m genuinely proud to share this website with my clients and students, and I would confidently recommend your work to anyone looking to build a strong, professional online presence. »
